The defining element of the architecture is its angular perforated façade screen, conceived as both a climatic response and a strong visual identity for the home. Wrapping across the upper floors, the screen acts as a secondary skin that filters harsh sunlight, reduces direct heat gain and provides privacy while allowing light and air to permeate through. Its dramatic geometry frames recessed balconies and terraces, creating shaded transitional spaces between the interiors and the outdoors.
