Studio23.Eight is a Mumbai-based architecture and design practice founded by Dinkle Sonegara in 2019, working across architecture, interiors and bespoke furniture.
Rooted in the balance between logic and emotion, the studio brings together spatial clarity, proportion and functionality with an expressive exploration of material, color and form. Each project is approached as a distinct narrative — thoughtful, experimental and deeply connected to the people who experience it.
MEET DINKLE SONEGARA
AWARDS & RECOGNITION
Born and raised in Mumbai, Dinkle Sonegara’s relationship with design was shaped by the city’s chaos, colour and character — influencing her love for space long before she knew the language of design.
She graduated from IES College of Architecture in 2016 and went on to work with leading practices including Sanjay Puri Architects and Shroffleón, where her experience ranged from bold architectural thinking to an appreciation for the quieter nuances of detail.
Over the years, an innate curiosity and desire to explore beyond convention shaped her journey as a designer, eventually leading her to establish Studio23.Eight in 2019.
With over eight years of experience, Dinkle continues to approach design with curiosity and an evolving perspective, constantly observing, questioning and discovering new possibilities through her work.
